Logman.exe Perfmon collection

As Microsoft suggested we are running logman to troubleshoot F1 mdb issues.

Logman.exe create counter Perf-1Minute -f bincirc  -max 512 -c  "\Memory\*"  "\PhysicalDisk(*)\*"  "\Server\*" "\System\*" "\Process(*)\*" "\Processor(*)\*"  -si 00:01:00 -o  e:\perflogs\Perf-1Minute.blg

Logman start Perf-1Minute

The logs are limited to size 512MB
